Acoustical and Tackable Site-fabricated System.

The advantages of our site-fabricated system are many. It can be used on almost any rigid surface. Further, it can conform to any size and shape of surface including ceilings, soffits, alcoves and many other architectural details. Site-fabricated system offers many significant advantages over fabric wrapped panels.

The system consists of a high-impact plastic track, which is installed around the perimeter and at intermediate points as needed on the surface of the area to be covered.

The area defined by the track is then filled in with the specified substrate. The final step is to cover the panel with a fabric or other covering which is inserted into a hidden channel in the track with professional installation tool. The covering is held firmly in place by the track’s jaws.
